Affiliates may not use misleading marketing, spam, or violate platform advertising guidelines.

We reserve the right to terminate affiliate relationships at our discretion for any abuse or breach.

All affiliate earnings are subject to verification and compliance with U.S. tax laws (e.g., IRS Form W-9) and HK tax laws

7. Dealer/Reseller Terms

If you apply or are approved to become a Leddictive Dealer or Reseller, the following additional terms apply:

You agree to represent our brand professionally and ethically.

You may not misrepresent products or rebrand them without written authorization.

Dealer pricing, volume discounts, and exclusive deals are confidential and for approved accounts only.

All reselling activities must comply with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies where applicable.

Leddictive reserves the right to revoke dealership status at any time for policy violations.

Additional dealership contracts or documents may apply and must be signed before activation.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leddictive and its officers, affiliates, or employees shall not be liable for any:

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and laws of HK, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in California and HK, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
