At Leddictive, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
If your return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Clearance or final sale items
Custom or special-order products
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
Products returned beyond the 30-day window
3. Return Process
To request a return or refund:
Contact us at support@leddictive.com with your order details and reason for return
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account or payment method
Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
