The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order

 

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

 

You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

 

If your return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

 

Clearance or final sale items

 

Custom or special-order products

 

Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect

 

Products returned beyond the 30-day window

 

3. Return Process

To request a return or refund:

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, well notify you of the refund approval status

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

 

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
