At Leddictive, we are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor lighting products to your door in a timely, reliable, and affordable manner. Below you’ll find all the details you need about our shipping processes, timeframes, and policies.
1. Order Processing Time
1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note:
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.
During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
United States (Mainland Only)
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries due to carrier limitations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather, customs, or courier delays.
During the long-term transportation process, it is inevitable that uncontrollable situations will occur, resulting in the transportation
failure to deliver in time. Severe weather catastrophic events are all uncontrollable factors. We will also contact you at any time to inform you of the specific situation.
Some if not signed for, may be placed in the local post office, you need to call to confirm or go directly to pick it up.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Charges
Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $79.
Shipping fees for expedited or international orders will be displayed during checkout based on your location and shipping method.
We are not responsible for additional duties, taxes, or customs charges for international shipments.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
For damaged products, please include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@leddictive.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
8. Order Cancellations & Changes
If you wish to cancel or change your order:
Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
